• Identify and research potential clients and partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  

Market Analysis and Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Analyze market data to inform business development strategies.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Negotiate contract terms with new partners and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Provide support to sales and marketing teams in their efforts to close deals.

Reporting and Performance Management:

• Track and report on business development metrics, such as sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of business development activities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Market knowledge and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
