Job Description:

Service & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment, facilities, and machinery.

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Ensure proper onboarding and training of new staff members.

Inspections and Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to detect potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is executed on time, within budget, and without compromising safety.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and job details.
• Generate reports on maintenance performance and recommend improvements.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

• Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets.
• Manage inventory of materials and spare parts.

Communication and Leadership:

• Communicate policies, procedures, and updates to maintenance staff.
• Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and training.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards.
