Solar PV Sales (Commercial / Residential)
Job Description:
EverPower Limited is a leading green energy company specializing in integrated photovoltaic (PV) solutions. We support the development of sustainable solar energy projects through comprehensive services, including project assessment, planning, approval coordination, EPC, and partnerships with developers and investors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar PV Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on commercial / residential solar PV sales, driving business growth by developing leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close commercial / residential sales from Lead Qualifier through cold calling, referrals, lead generation companies and other channels
- Follow up on enquire and leads provided by the office
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for commercial / residential solar PV systems
- Meet or exceed monthly or annually sales targets
- Arrange and conduct site visits with household or business clients
- Collaborate with solar PV engineers to design and present optimal, cost-efficient solar solutions
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotations and proposals to clients
- Clearly communicate system benefits, ROI, payback periods, and energy efficiency advantages
- Maintain regular communication with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support successful project delivery
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism, responsiveness, and service quality
- Use CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines effectively
- Proficient in solar PV design software (e.g., Pylon) for client consultations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, or other technical product sectors
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Experience working with commercial /residential customers
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and well-organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Understanding of SEAI and ESB guidelines (preferred)
- Full clean driving licence required
- Previous experience in insurance, finance, or consulting (e.g., Big Four) is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
